Personal Training

Since 2016, I have been a certified personal trainer through ISSA. Fitness has improved my life in more ways than I can count; through fitness I have found self love, acceptance, confidence and happiness. I have learned to value my health and nourish my body in order to think, act and perform to my maximum potential.

As a coach, I do not place sole emphasis on physical ability. I take a holistic approach– that is, I consider the mind, body and spirit. Open communication, honesty and vulnerability will be requested of you upon signing me as your trainer. We will practice honesty, communication and patience in reaching short and long term goals that will breed new perspectives, habits and cultivations. If you are seeking a short term bandaid or fix that will result in a rebound or little progress, my coaching is not for you. If you want to reach ANY goal (losing weight, gaining muscle, maintaining current composition, gaining strength, increase performance capability, etc) in a realistic and sustainable, healthy way, and learn about yourself along the way then my coaching will satisfy your needs.

Option #2: Training & Nutrition Coaching (Hybrid)

  • Customized training regimen
  • Customized cardio regimen
  • Supplement recommendations
  • FAQ worksheet & General Guidelines
  • Nutritional coaching (macros or intuitive eating)
  • Weekly check ins + updates
  • Contact & support through text, email and FaceTime
  • Weekly challenges and discussion questions
  • Bi-monthly newsletter
  • In person sessions (weekly or bi-monthly)

The first step to hiring me as a coach is to reach out. Navigate to the contact page and send me your information. We will speak through email or FaceTime to create the package most optimal for YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.

Upon discussing your situation and goals, we will chose the length of your package, the type of training (weight-lifting, plyometrics, circuit training, at-home workouts, etc), the nutritional coaching choice (intuitive vs. macros/flexible dieting) and the price and payment options.

I am flexible with each of those aspects and will work with dedication and commitment to excellence until I have done all I can to help you conquer your goals.
